Humanness in Learning: In the Age of Artificial Intelligence Led by ANCC

Join us for Humanness in Learning: In the age of Artificial Intelligence!

This workshop will equip nurse professional development leaders with best practices for designing, delivering, and evaluating the American Nurses Credentialing Center Accredited Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) in an era when artificial intelligence can generate content at scale but cannot replace human expertise, judgment, ethics, or relationship-centered learning. Participants will learn how to apply the NCPD Accreditation framework to keep humans at the center of learning and development, ensuring education is evidence-based, practice-relevant, and grounded in real performance needs. Through practical examples and implementation strategies, the session demonstrates how human-centered, outcomes-driven learning strengthens competence and competency, builds professional identity, and supports upskilling and reskilling across the nursing workforce while maintaining rigor, integrity, and measurable impact in complex care environments.

Let's explore together how to keep learning real and meaningful in an AI-driven world!
